User Interface-Design for Non-Designers

This training session is not intended for User Interface Designers.

This training session is designed for people who are working on conceptualizing digital product ideas and who want to quickly grow the ideas into workable prototypes so that their ideas come to fruition more quickly. The DIY concept gives the innovation team a decisive advantage over teams that pay expensive, external design agencies for the first, rudimentary drafts or hire development companies without having previously visualized the intended result. The training session imparts directly applicable usability and user interface design skills.

User Interface (UI) Design focuses on anticipating what users might need to do and ensuring that the interface has elements that are easy to access, understand, and use to facilitate those actions. UI brings together concepts from interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.

For this reason there are countless tools and rules of thumb today that are taught and are tested using directly relevant examples during this training session.
