Offering your own customers a perfect Customer Experience (CX) or User Experience (UX) is now more important than ever. Surprisingly for many, however, it is not just B2C companies or technology companies (web platforms, apps, etc.) but indeed all providers, such as B2B companies and service providers. This is due to that fact that our customers reach us through an increasing number of different channels and expect nothing less than a perfect, smooth experience.
